Hi, I’m Ashley, a licensed massage therapist with a deep love for bodywork and the connection between the physical and emotional body.
My approach to massage is intuitive, intentional, and completely individualized. I don’t believe in giving the same massage to every body that lands on my table. I listen to what your body is telling me, blending therapeutic techniques with slower, grounding touch to create a session based on what you need that day.
My work has continued to evolve through advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, along with a growing interest in nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and the ways our bodies hold stress, tension, and emotion.
Wyld Moon Massage grew out of a transformative chapter of my life spent in Costa Rica, where I found myself reconnecting with nature, slowing down, and becoming even more intentional about the kind of work I wanted to offer. I brought that experience home with me, creating a bodywork practice here in Medford that feels deeply aligned with who I am: grounded, intuitive, unconventional, and connected.

I believe the body is always communicating. Sometimes we just need the space to slow down and listen.
Massage, to me, is more than working out tight muscles. It's intentional touch, nervous system support, and an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Every body arrives with a different story, which is why I don't believe in one size fits all bodywork.
Each session at Wyld Moon is shaped around you. I blend therapeutic technique with intuitive touch, allowing the work to be both effective and deeply grounding. Some days your body may need focused, deeper work. Other days it may need softness, stillness, and space to simply let go.
There is no perfect way to show up on my table.
